Encon Group has provided Engineering services for sites ranging in size from 2,500 to over 100,000 square feet. The design criteria included chilled water, glycol, condenser water or DX–based air‐conditioning systems with “n+1” redundancy; UPS, DC power plants; a 4‐hour battery capacity, diesel generator‐based emergency power plants, ranging in output from 300kW to 10mW, paralleling gear, fuel oil storage and distribution, double interlock dry preaction sprinkler systems, FM‐200 fire suppression systems, MEP monitoring systems, security systems, and fiber cable distribution. We are currently working on projects with Global Crossing at their locations in New York, New York and in St. Croix, USVI.
