Engineering design services were provided for the 23-story, 200unit condominium and apartment building. The building is built on-grade with seven levels of above grade parking and 16 levels of apartment and condo-minium floors. The units overlook Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor of Baltimore.

Alexander House

Silver Spring, MD

Engineering design services were provided for the renovation of this 354-unit, 16-floor high rise apartment building. The building was developed by the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) for families with medium to low incomes.

Kenilworth Apartments

Washington, D.C.

Encon provided engineering services for this new apartment building, which consisted of 4-floors with 172 apartment units.

Somerset Building One

Bethesda, Maryland

Engineering services were provided for this 22-story condominium building with 190 units, each varying in size from 1500 to 7500 square feet and custom designed to the demands of the owners.

Georgetown University Law Center Graduate Housing

Washington, D.C.

Engineering design services were provided for the 154-unit dormitory building, which also includes office space, conferencing, and study facilities for graduate students attending the University.

4401 Connecticut Avenue, NW

Washington, D.C.

Engineering design services were provided for this 154-unit condominium building and its three levels of below-grade parking. The building, which was constructed on a very steep incline overlooking Rock Creek Park, offers its occupants pano-ramic views of the surrounding terrain.

Ft. McNair Physical Fitness Center

Washington, D.C.

Provided complete engineering services for a newly constructed 51,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness cen-ter. In addition to large exercise areas, the center included a sauna, locker rooms, racquetball and basketball courts, and an indoor jogging track.

National Harbor Building D

National Harbor, Maryland

Engineering design services were provided for the 75,000-squarefoot, mixed-used project consisting of two levels of retail tenants and 24 luxury upper floor condos with a view of the Potomac River.
